By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and other policies or notices published on our Website. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to This Policy for more details).
2. Children’s Privacy
The Website is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use or access by children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. Furthermore, we may restrict inquiry submissions and participation in surveys to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
3. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including “Personal Information” (e.g., name, postal address, email address, and telephone number) when you visit or interact with our Website and related applications. We also collect information about how you use our sites and apps to help us improve the Services.
We may use the contact details you provide to respond to or follow up on your requests. Where you have provided consent, we may send marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Your Choices Regarding Your Information. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time. We will honor applicable do-not-contact rules and your preferences, process opt-out requests without undue delay, and maintain suppression lists to prevent future marketing.
4. Information Provided by You or on Your Behalf
Contact information
Full name, email address, phone number, company/organization details and any other information you share, including Personal Information. Collected when you fill out a web form on our Website, correspond with us (calls, emails, online chat), or post a review for a Vendor.

Collected when you interact with the Online Agent chat feature or voluntarily post a review for a Vendor. Reviews are publicly accessible and any Personal Information you share in a review will be visible to others.
We use this information to provide the Services and operate the chat/assistant, provide customer support, verify authenticity, prevent abuse, manage publicly visible reviews and testimonials, comply with legal or regulatory requirements and law-enforcement requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Information Collected Automatically
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we and our third-party service providers, including analytics and third-party content providers, may automatically collect certain information from you. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you to improve the Services we offer you, our analytics, and Website functionality.
- Usage information: details of your visits to our Website or Services (links you clicked, content response times, approximate location data, logs, and similar communication data and statistics about your interactions), used to analyze use of the Services, develop new features, troubleshoot, detect errors and maintain security.
- Device information: information about your computer and internet connection, including IP address, operating system and browser type, used for analytics, protecting the Services against malicious activity, investigating potential fraud, and optimizing performance across devices and browsers.
- Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: identifiers associated with cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar files, plus event data related to page views and interactions, used for analytics, measurement and improvement of the Services in accordance with applicable law and your preferences.
6. Tracking Technologies
We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect information through our Services. Depending on the specific technology, we, our online data partners, or vendors may use Tracking Technologies to associate these activities with other Personal Information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles.
Pixel tags / web beacons
A pixel tag is code embedded on the Website that collects information about users’ engagement on that page (for example, that a user visited a particular page or clicked an advertisement).
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on and accessed from your device. We use cookies to analyze trends, administer the Website, and track users’ movements around the site. Please review your browser settings to modify, disable, or delete cookies. Third parties such as advertisers or analytics providers may also use cookies while you browse; we do not control their use.
Analytics and advertising tools
We may use third-party tools to analyze how the Website is used and performs, provide interest-based advertising, and measure marketing effectiveness. These providers (for example, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) have their own privacy policies and may target advertising to you on other websites based on your visit.
- Google Analytics: collects how often users visit, which pages they view, and what other sites they used prior. Google’s use and sharing of this information is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Disabling cookies in your browser prevents recognition on return visits.
- Meta Pixel: used to customize advertising and serve ads based on browsing behavior; stores a cookie to measure ad effectiveness for statistical and market research purposes, processed in accordance with Meta’s privacy policy.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: used for conversion tracking and analytics; LinkedIn may set a cookie and collect IP address, timestamps and events, subject to LinkedIn’s privacy policy and controls.
- RB2B: may be used to collect information regarding visitor behavior and demographics; see RB2B’s privacy policy for details and opt-out options.
You can generally opt out of personalized ads from third-party advertisers and ad networks that participate in the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or follow the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) principles by visiting optout.networkadvertising.org and aboutads.info/choices.
Do Not Track signals
We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track (DNT) signals and do not currently recognize browser or device-based opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control). We are evaluating and implementing recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals in relevant jurisdictions and will update this Policy as that work progresses. Until then, you can exercise available choices using the opt-out tools provided on our Services.
7. Information Received From Third Parties and Legal Bases
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis (e.g., GDPR/UK-GDPR), we rely on:
- Contractual necessity: to provide the Services, operate accounts, communicate about your use of the Services, and perform our agreements.

- Consent: when you voluntarily provide information for a stated purpose, for certain marketing, and for certain cookies or Tracking Technologies where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. Your Choices Regarding Your Information
- Email: you may opt out of marketing emails by following the instructions in those emails. We reserve the right to send certain administrative and service announcements, which may be unaffected by a marketing opt-out. We process email opt-outs without undue delay and within applicable legal timeframes.
- Calls and text/SMS messages: you may receive calls or texts you consented to receive at the phone number you provided. Cancel text messages at any time by texting “STOP”; you may receive one confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Providing consent: you may choose whether to receive communications about our products and services or those of providers featured on the Website by providing consent where required (for example, by selecting an unticked checkbox).

Please note that if you do not allow us to collect certain Personal Information, some Services may not function as intended.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our Services. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@smartfind.io.
No sharing of mobile information: Smart Find will not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to any third parties, affiliates, vendors, advertising partners, lead generators, or any other entity for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your mobile information will only be used by Smart Find, and by service providers acting on our behalf, strictly to deliver the SMS messages you consented to receive.
11. Your Rights Regarding Your Information
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, object to, or restrict processing, and request portability of your Personal Information. Upon request, we will confirm whether we hold your Personal Information.
